Description of the accommodation
Nice two-room apartment of 50m2 on the 2nd floor without lift, completely refurbished, composed of :
► A large living room with open plan kitchen equipped (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, induction hob, hood, oven, kettle, Nespresso, toaster), a dining area with a table for 4 people and a lounge and relaxation area with sofa, armchair, coffee table and HD TV.
► A double bedroom with a Queensize bed (160cm), bedside lamp, a wardrobe with hanging space.
► A mezzanine sleeping area accessible from the living room with double bed (140cm), bedside lamp and small bookcase (not recommended for small children)
► A bathroom with shower, washbasin, hair dryer and WC
✪ At your disposal: A common laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron and a baby cot (sheets not provided). A bicycle garage is also available.
The neighbourhood and the shops
Quiet and central area ideal for staying in Lorient. The flat is less than 10 minutes walk from all the centres of interest (Hypercentre, Place Jules Ferry, Stade du Moustoir, Halles de Merville, Port de Plaisance).
You will find all types of shops nearby, supermarket at 5 min, baker and butcher at 3 min, pharmacy at 1 min, etc.
Free parking in the street. Bus stop line 13 at 30m, direct to the town centre and TGV station.
