Beautiful 45m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, completely renovated, comprising:
► A spacious and bright living room with:
• A cozy lounge area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, HD TV with internet box
• An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, convection oven, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster)
• A dining area with a round table for 4 people
✪ Access to a lovely wooden balcony with no overlooking neighbors, furnished with a table and chairs for 2 people.
► One double bedroom (160cm bed), bedside tables and lamps, a large closet with storage space and a wardrobe. Shutters and blinds.
► One bathroom accessible from the bedroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, hair dryer, and washing machine.
✪ At your disposal: A washing machine with drying rack, an ironing board and iron, a travel cot for babies (sheets not provided), a baby booster seat with straps and tray.
✪ At your disposal: a bicycle storage room inside the building, in the common areas, which are locked and secure, however, this room is not locked.
The neighbourhood and the shops
Quiet and pleasant residential pedestrian area, 3 minutes' walk from the TGV station.
Butcher, fishmonger, bakery, tobacconist, and supermarket less than 5 minutes' walk away. Restaurants and fast food outlets also less than 5 minutes away.
University Hospital and Naval Group sites 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive away.
Free parking but limited to 3 hours (from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.) in the adjacent streets.
Free parking with no time limit in the streets 3 minutes' walk away.
Paid underground parking at the TGV station.
Oradour bus stop (line T4) or Normandie bus stop (lines 11 and T1b) are a 2-minute walk away.
