The property has a generous outdoor space with several terraces and a large landscaped garden with trees.
At the front of the house is a first furnished terrace with garden lounge furniture.
At the rear, a large wooden deck runs the full length of the house, equipped with garden lounge furniture, a parasol, a dining area and an electric plancha grill.

Two private parking spaces are available in front of the property.
You can also access a small enclosed outdoor shed for storing beach equipment, surfboards, wetsuits, bikes, etc.
The neighbourhood and local amenities
The house is set in a charming small hamlet of stone houses, surrounded by greenery and fields.
It is located next to the "Fort du Loch", less than 15 minutes' walk from the ocean and the Loch ponds, a beautiful Natura 2000 protected area perfect for walking in unspoilt nature.
Just a few minutes by car you will find Le Fort-Bloqué and Guidel-Plages with a supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars, as well as Fort Bloqué with its wide sandy beach. Within 10 minutes by car, you will reach the towns of Guidel or Ploemeur with all shops, artisans and a market.
Surf and kite surf spots accessible directly on foot.
For restaurants, the Groom team will be happy to recommend the best addresses along the coast and in Lorient, which you can also find in your digital welcome booklet with reviews, information and directions from the property.

# Respect for neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay; please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am
# Pets are not allowed
# In the event of damage or non-compliance with the house rules, the smoking ban or the no-pets policy, the security deposit may be partially or fully withheld
# A signed rental agreement and an uncashed security deposit cheque will be required to access the property

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
