 • A modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, gas hob)
 • A dining area with a wooden table and chairs for 4 people
✪ A wide selection of books for all ages, board games, and children's toys are at your disposal.
✪ Large windows open directly onto the landscaped terrace. These bay windows open completely but do not have shutters.
○ A laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, and a beach shower
○ A separate toilet.
► On the first floor:
○ A double bedroom (new 5' bed) with storage space and bedside lamps. Blackout blinds.
⚠️ This bedroom, which is only accessible via a hallway on the first floor, does not have a door, but a blackout curtain.
○ One double bedroom (180cm bed) (90cm bed available on request) with chest of drawers, a desk with a child's chair and a cot. Blackout blinds.
○ One bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit, large mirror and toilet.

○ A lounge and relaxation area on the mezzanine with a sofa and desk opening onto the living room on the ground floor.

► Exterior description:

You can enjoy a very pleasant outdoor area consisting of a landscaped wooden terrace with plants and no neighbors opposite, ideal for enjoying summer days and evenings.

A dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people, a parasol, a deckchair, and a gas barbecue.

The neighbourhood & local amenities
The house is located in a very quiet and pleasant residential area of Larmor-Plage.
You can reach Toulhars and Nourriguel beaches or the town center with its shops and restaurants in 5 minutes by car. Port Maria beach with its many seaside restaurants is very popular.
The small port of Kernevel with its pleasure boats (available for hire), bars, and restaurants right on the waterfront is 6 minutes away.
You will find a large BioCoop store offering all organic products, a bakery, and other shops less than 5 minutes away. There is also a Leclerc supermarket 5 minutes away.
The Kercavès bus stop (lines 109 and 202) is a 2-minute walk away.
You can reach the “La Base” district of Lorient in 8 minutes, with Eric Tabarly's sailing center, the children's center, the submarine to visit, the giant zip line, and also very pleasant bars and restaurants.
All other shops and numerous beaches are less than 5 minutes away.

# Respect for the neighbours is essential for a peaceful stay, please do not make noise between 10pm and 8am
# Animals are not allowed
# In case of damage, non-respect of the rules or the ban on smoking or animals, the deposit may be partially or totally withheld
# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
