► Exterior Description :

The house is located in a quiet, popular seaside area with two parking spaces.

To the rear of the house you can enjoy a large landscaped and shaded garden with a large lawn, covered patio and a wooden deck under a large pine tree. Outdoor shower for the beach return.

Outdoor furniture provided: Table and chairs for 8 people, barbecue and 4 deck chairs.

The neighbourhood & local amenities

A peaceful and very popular area between Anse du Pérello and Anse du Stole, you can enjoy the seaside within walking distance of the house, the beaches, the escapades in the rocks at low tide and the walking paths.

Less than 5 minutes walk away, you will find the small port of Lomener with a supermarket, a bakery, a fish market, a pharmacy, a tobacconist/press, several restaurants and bars.

# You will be asked to sign a rental contract and to pay an uncashed security deposit in order to access the accommodation.

Cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
