The house is located in a quiet subdivision on a landscaped plot with secure access through a gate. Two private parking spaces + one space in front of the gate.

✪ At the back of the house, heated swimming pool open from May to September in the middle of a beautiful wooden terrace. Garden furniture & deckchairs.

Just behind the house there is a cycle track (green lane), bicycles are available as well as a table tennis table and a football pitch.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the ocean. A green lane (bicycle) passes behind the house and allows to join the coast or Guidel bourg.

Less than 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car you will find the seaside resort of Guidel Plage with a Carrefour Express, bakery, restaurants, bar and tobacco shop. 

At 5 minutes by car, you can reach Guidel bourg with all the shops (Supermarket, Butcher's, Fishmonger's, Bakery, Press...) and the traditional market of Guidel every Saturday.
At 15 min walk or 5 min drive, you can relax at the Odalys Spa with preferential rates coming from Groom (reservations required).

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund between 30 and 15 days before. No refund within 15 days of arrival. In the event of payment by credit card, processing fees (between 1.5% and 2.5%) will be deducted from the refund.
