GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION OF HIRE :

The Tenant agrees to respect the following obligations:

- To sign the rental contract and to deposit a deposit (bank imprint, not cashed) before entering the accommodation;
- Not to organise any party in the rented premises;
- Not to smoke inside the accommodation;
- Not to disturb the neighbours;
- To tidy up the accommodation and return it in an acceptable state of cleanliness;
- Not to allow more people to occupy the premises than the maximum number indicated;
- To pay the rent and charges according to the agreed schedule;
- To use the premises peacefully in accordance with the contractual destination;
- To scrupulously respect the internal regulations and the conditions of use of the various facilities;
- To be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the term of the Lease in the Premises which it has exclusive use of
- Any furniture, equipment, materials and objects that are missing or damaged or have been put out of service for any reason other than normal wear and tear shall either be replaced identically with the consent of the Landlord or paid for at the price of identical replacement.
- To respect the arrival time indicated, under penalty of not being able to access the accommodation without possible compensation;
- To respect the departure time indicated, under penalty of additional charges;
- Not to cause any disturbance to the neighbourhood;
- To notify the Lessor without delay of any malfunction or deterioration, whatever the cause;
- Not to bring any animal into the rented premises (Unless an animal is clearly accepted in the advert) ;
